Ms. Crystal Crim is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving Alabama and Missouri. Ms. Crim is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Thearpy (TF-CBT). Ms. Crim has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and serving as a LPC for 5 of those years. Her theoretical approach is what she terms the “fruitbowl” approach. Ms. Crim utilizes Person-Centered Therapy to offers unconditional positive regard, empathy, and a non-judgement space to each person she meets. Within the “fruitbowl” are the various tools, techniques, and supports Ms. Crim uses to support each individual depending on their needed.
Ms. Crim holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance, with a specializaation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ms. Crim is currently completing her Doctoral Degree in Counseling Education and Supervision.

With almost three decades of experience in the field of emotional and mental health. A distinguished Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Dr. Knighton Clark’s therapeutic approach includes the integration of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) with mindfulness techniques, tailoring methods to meet each client’s unique needs. The ultimate goal is to empower clients to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
Dr. Knighton Clark holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling, and a Doctorate Degree in Healthcare.
